Amazing work ! Of all the books about the world of bonsais in my collection ''Pines'' and ''Junipers'' from Stone Lantern are my go to as references for inspiration, motivation and education. For a total of about 1.8kg these heavy books are top quality in the very well written explanation of techniques used by masters in the field with exceptional photography (all in color). Every chapter ends with a full size high resolution studio picture of each tree. I was surprised of the low cost of these references considering the global quality of the written information and visual aspect. Thanks to Stone Lantern for producing masterpieces. Regards

The Masters' Series Pines & Junipers are loaded with good information. Pines has very good in depth information that can apply to other bonais also. Junipers seems a lot more technical and seems much more applicable to junipers specifically.

The art of Bonsai has always fascinated me. I have some books and yet still have cold feet about getting started so when I saw these two books on Junipers and pines I thought they would be a great way to expand my knowledge. So far what I've read I'm very pleased with the info provided .
