My experience thus far has been less than expected. I have made a feels purchases and upon opening the Koyo professional grade Bonsai shears I was surprised to see the poor manufacturing quality. The shears have at least an 1/8 inch play in the pivot point, or fulcrum right out of the box. Unacceptable for something sold as professional grade. To make the issue more bothersome, Stone Lantern doesn’t have a phone number that is answered or in service and the email address provided on the receipt wayne@stonelantern.com, returns as not a valid email. I had hoped that I had found a good location to get our bonsai hobby supplies at but I am Disappointed in my experience thus far.
