We offer a Flat Shipping Rate of $9.95 on all Continental U.S. orders from $1.00 to $119.99 and FREE SHIPPING on orders $120.00 or more. Most orders will be shipped the same or next business day and orders usually arrive with a week. Occasionally there are carrier delays, especially during the covid crisis. These rates are based upon a percentage of our costs (in other words, we pay part of the full carrier rate and you pay part). We primarily use Priority Mail rates. You can also choose accelerated shipments. If you have any other requests or questions, please email us at contact@stonelantern.com
Rates for Canada, Mexico and the Rest of the World
We offer choices for shipments outside the U.S. You can choose whichever your like
Given the multitude of complexities with Post Office box sizes and weight limits and our vast variety of product sizes and weights, it is impossible to determine the exact cost of most shipments before they are boxed. Nevertheless, this is exactly what we must attempt to do in order to provide you with the best possible service.
Most of the time our prepaid shipping estimates are reasonably accurate. However, there are times that the rates will show either too high or too low. When the rates are too high, we will adjust them here and you will notice a savings on your credit card bill. When the rates are too low, if the difference isn’t too large, we will assume the cost ourselves. If the difference is too large for us to assume, then we will get in touch with you by email and ask you if you would like to pay the difference.
