Five American Larch Forest Trunks - D323

The American larch (aka Tamarack) makes great forest bonsai. Now you can use five separate trunks (each on its own roots) to make a small five tree forest or combine with other larches for forests of various sizes and shapes. All the trunks are 2 to3 years old from cuttings. These are part of our Sell Down Sale, but the one you receive won't necessarily be the one you see in the photo.  

American larch are cold climate trees that can be grown outside almost anywhere in the U.S., though at least one or two months with night temps at or below freezing are essential for maximum heath. In most areas they can be grown outside year round, though some protection is good where winters are severe. 

Larch are sun lovers but be careful not to allow the roots to become bone dry while sitting in the hot sun.
