zBrazilian Rain Tree 1
Though we don't know for sure, we estimate this tree is about eight years old. It is originally from Florida and we have been growing and developing it here for about six years. Winters under lights and summers outdoors. All of our trees, including this one, are one of a kind. This means that the tree pictured is the one you'll receive. It is growing in one of our Tie pots, which are designed for developing pre-bonsai. As you can see, it is well developed and ready to be transplanted into a bonsai pot. Or, if you prefer, you can continue to grow it as is.
Brazilian rain trees are suitable for indoor growing, or indoor/outdoor growing when temperatures permit. Watering and other care is the same for most tropical bonsai, though Rain trees do not like completely dry soil. For more detailed care information for Rain trees and other bonsai, we suggest you visit Bonsai Empire.
